How long are photos available for ordering?

Photos are available for customers to view and order for three (3) months. If the customer’s email address is included in the event details, the service will automatically send a link allowing the customer to extend the ordering period for an additional three (3) months free of charge.

After the second period ends, the customer can continue the ordering period in six-month increments for a fixed storage fee.

If the customer’s ordering period has ended and has not been extended, the system will move the customer’s photos to backup storage. If the customer later wishes to order photos, the system will request a restoration fee, after which the photos will be available for ordering again for six months.

The photographer can also renew the ordering link manually at a discounted price. This can be done from the event management page under the event ID details.
