My customer hasn't received their photos and I cannot find their order in the system. What should I do?

Start by contacting us via the contact form, and include your customer's name, order date and if possible, the total sum of the order.

In rare cases, banks or payment service providers have problems that can cause the payment process to get stuck. If this happens, we can check the status of the payment and manually mark the order as paid. This will, in turn, result in the order appearing on the orders page.
