Below is a list of all situations when a customer will receive a reminder:

• The day before the photoshoot, if the customer has registered for the event in advance

• After the photos have been published

• One week after the photos have been published

• Two weeks after the photos have been published

• One month after the photos have been published

• Two months after the photos have been published

• 10 days before the photo storage period ends (approximately 2 months and 3 weeks after publication)

• 5 days before the photo storage period ends

• The day before the photo storage period ends

• 2 days and 1 day before the early bird discount period ends, if the photoshoot includes an early bird discount period
