I can’t log into my account or my password isn’t working. What can I do?

Go to the service login page.

At the bottom bar of the login window, you will find the Forgot your password? button. You can use this to reset your password.

If the password reset does not work, please check if you originally logged in using, for example, a Facebook account or another external login service.
