I don’t have a business or a business ID. Can I still use the service?

For legal reasons, payments cannot be transferred directly to private individuals’ bank accounts before the applicable taxes and statutory contributions have been paid. However, you can still use the service without your own business by using a cooperative invoicing service that handles the taxes and other legal issues for you. Here are some examples:

If you use an invoicing service, add your cooperative’s business ID as your business ID and the cooperative’s bank account number as your account number. You can find our company details for your cooperative’s invoicing needs at the Settlements page.

When you wish to withdraw your payout (minimum amount €50 / kr2000), follow these steps:

  1. Check your current balance (including VAT) on the Settlements page. Write down the amount.

  2. Create an invoice in your cooperative’s invoicing system with the business details shown at the admin.

  3. Return to the Settlements page, select Withdraw Balance, and enter the bank account and reference number from the invoice you just created. Please ensure you enter the reference number correctly, as it is easy to mix up with the invoice number.
