Through the photo ordering service, you can use partner photo labs to produce and deliver orders.
Choosing a Photo Lab
You can select the most suitable photo lab here:
Settings > Image Processing > Photo Lab.
When you create a price list, you will see the product selection offered by the chosen photo lab. You can decide which products to offer for sale and set your desired prices for them. You will also see the photo lab’s production price for each product next to your selling price.
How Do Orders Progress?
Production costs and delivery fees are automatically deducted from orders and paid to the photo lab.
Your orders are sent to the photo lab, which will produce and deliver the orders either:
To you, allowing you to add your own envelopes or packaging.
Directly to your customers, saving you time and effort.
You can agree with the photo lab if you wish to use your own envelopes or packaging for deliveries.
Delivery of Image Files
If an order includes both image files and prints:
Prints are produced by the photo lab.
If you have the “Automatically send download links for ordered image files” setting enabled, the service will automatically send the download link to the customer. Otherwise, you will need to deliver the download link to the customer yourself.
If You Want to Produce the Photos Yourself
If you wish to use your own production or a different photo lab:
Select “I produce the photos myself” in your settings.
You will produce the photos and handle the deliveries to your customers yourself.
The service can automatically send download links for ordered image files to customers if the setting is enabled.
