Before getting started, make sure your contact information and basic settings are up to date. Note that some settings may be hidden depending on whether you produce the photos yourself, use one of our partners, or another production method of your choice.
1. Contact Information
Enter your contact details – these will appear on order confirmations so your customers know how to reach you.
Notification email: Add the email address where you would like to receive system notifications.
2. Company Information
Add your company’s business ID and bank account number for payouts. We process payouts weekly when the accumulated amount exceeds €50. Payouts are sent every Monday, and you will receive a receipt by email.
If you invoice via a cooperative, use the cooperative’s business ID and bank account number.
3. Photo Processing
Watermark:
You can automatically add a watermark to your photos if you wish. You can use the system’s default watermark or upload your own PNG watermark (recommended: transparent, square, 2400px). Note that watermarks apply only to new uploads.
Product graphics:
You can allow all product graphics to be available for your customers to order automatically without manual selection. You can also manage this per photoshoot.
Default group photo size:
Select the default size for group photos, such as for school or club photography. You can change the size later in photo management.
Photo lab:
Choose whether you will produce the photos yourself or use a photo lab. If producing yourself, add the products you can offer to your price list. If using a lab, the product selection will follow their settings, but you set the sales price.
Photo files:
If you sell digital photo files, you can enable automatic delivery to customers via an email link once the order is ready.
Consumer photos:
You can allow customers to upload and order their own photos through your service. Create a dedicated price list for these and link the ordering page to your website (e.g., https://photographer-x.kuvatilaus.fi/photo-order, replacing photographer-x with your username).
Hobby photo price list:
Select the price list you want to apply to customer-uploaded photos.
Hobby photo handling fee:
You may add a handling fee to these orders if desired.
4. Delivery Methods
Set your delivery methods and production times.
Store pickup:
If you wish to offer in-store pickup, enable this option and define your pickup locations under the “Pickup Points” section in Settings.
Note: Customers will see the address listed in your settings unless you specify a separate pickup point.
5. Payment Methods
Online payment:
Always enabled.
Cash on delivery:
You can enable cash on delivery, adding your specified surcharge to the order total.
Pay on pickup:
You can allow payment upon pickup if pickup is enabled. Commissions are charged normally, and orders paid at pickup will appear as negative commission amounts in your payouts.
6. System Settings

Choose the default language for your service.
