Take you cursor over a group name in the “Groups” column and click it to view the individuals and their photos.
Check that the group and individual names are correct. You can edit the group name from the top right corner of the opened view, and each person’s name and selected photo directly under that person’s entry.
Only the individuals and groups marked with a green check icon will be included in each download. On the left-hand group list, you can see how many individuals have been selected from each group.
Note: If you notice someone is placed in the wrong group, please contact our customer service. When uploading photos to Wilma, the names of both groups and individuals must be written exactly as they appear in Wilma.
Once the names of the groups and individuals are correct, you can download the photo package via the download link, choosing either Wilma-sized files or large photo files.
When the message “Creating photo collection…” appears, the packaging process has started. Do not close the browser. After packaging is complete, you will see “Photo collection ready” along with a download link. Click the link to download the photo package. The photos are delivered as a zip file, which must be extracted after download.
You can download the package as many times as needed. If you are downloading both Wilma-optimized photos and large photo files, complete these actions separately.
