Price lists

Price lists allow you to define the product selection and the prices at which you want to sell your products. You can create multiple price lists in the service for use in different photo sessions or, for example, if you want to create a personalized price list for a specific customer. You can also set an order-specific delivery fee per price list.

By clicking on a product’s name in the product list, you can view a larger image of the product. If you produce the photos yourself or have them produced at a location of your choice, remember to only include products in your selection that you are able to offer.

In the upper right corner of the Price Lists page, you will find links to create a new price list. At the end of the Price List row, there is an Edit button, which you can use to modify the price list settings and print it. If you wish to delete a price list, you will find the button at the bottom left of the Edit page. Do not delete a price list that is in use for an active photo event.

In the Price List view, you can check or uncheck the products you want to offer within that price list. On the same row as the product, you will see the product image selection. By hovering your cursor over the product image in the list, you can choose a product image from the available images in the service. You can also upload your own product image using the small cloud icon at the top of the product image window. For example, if you are creating a price list for wedding photography, you can select wedding-themed product images, or for pet photography, you can select pet-themed images. All prices shown on the Price Lists page include VAT.

At the end of each product row, there is a gear icon. Under this, you can set tiered pricing. You can set a specific price for the first copy and price tiers where the unit price decreases as the customer orders more prints. If you select the “per row” checkbox, it means that the pricing will depend on how many copies of the same photo have been ordered. If the checkbox is not selected, it is sufficient that the same product type (e.g., 10x15 prints) reaches a certain quantity across the entire order, even if the photos are different.

For example:

• The first print can be priced at €7.

• Ordering 2–4 prints of the same photo can cost €6 each.

• Ordering 5 or more can be priced at €5 per print.

“Per row” means the quantity is calculated per the same photo, while the other setting means the total quantity across the order is used to determine the pricing tier.
